Terms of Service

Our Services

We provide dog boarding, cat boarding, dog daycare and grooming at 6285 Short Rd, Fairburn GA and 2200 Cascade Rd SW, Atlanta GA. Services are by appointment and subject to availability, our intake requirements, and our assessment of whether we can safely care for your pet.

Bookings, Meet N Greet and Cancellations

A Meet N Greet is required before a first daycare or boarding stay. Bookings are confirmed once we accept them and receive any required deposit. For grooming we ask for 24 hours notice to cancel; with less than 24 hours notice a 50% cancellation fee applies. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late for a grooming appointment we reserve the right to cancel it.

Health, Vaccination and Owner Responsibilities

You confirm your pet is in good health, is up to date on the vaccinations we require, and has no undisclosed history of aggression. Dogs need rabies, distemper/parvo and Bordetella, given at least 14 days before a boarding stay and at least 10 days before daycare. Cats need rabies and FVRCP. All pets must be on active flea and tick prevention and must not have had a communicable illness in the previous 30 days. You are responsible for any injury or damage caused by your pet.

Care and Emergencies

We care for every pet with reasonable skill and attention. If your pet needs urgent veterinary attention and we cannot reach you, you authorize us to seek that care, and you are responsible for the cost.

Payment and Charges

Payment is due as agreed. Additional charges may apply for house food, meal packaging, medication administration, unaltered pets, and late pick up as described on our service pages.

SMS Messaging Terms

If you opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Axcium Dog Spa, LLC about appointments, reminders, updates on your pet and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. See our Privacy Policy. We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent with any third party.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from our services or your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
